Hole #7 is a long, straight 211-yard par 3. The hole will favor a high draw. There are bunkers on both sides of a green that slopes from right to left. A tee shot hit into the right-hand bunker will leave a very difficult up and down. Playing to the left side of the green will leave an uphill putt.
Hole # 13 – 1939 U.S. Open
One of the outstanding par 3 holes in the course. The tee is long and the club used will, of course, depend on the distance. It will play from a #3 to a brassie or driver. The green slopes to the left and the shot calls for a slight draw. Out-of-bounds is to the left. << Previous - Next >>
